Cheques or other payment methods may be accepted by Universal Battery Supplies with prior arrangement only and may be subject to a handling fee.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

Delivery Schedule Once your order has been confirmed by us and payment completed, your Goods will be despatched to you as soon as possible. If for whatever reason the Goods which you have ordered are not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and will provide a full refund of any money paid by you within a 7 day period.
Delivery of Goods will be to the address specified by you at the time of order only and will take place on a week-day by Royal Mail or a courier service used at the time. Delivery times are not guaranteed but next day weekday deliveries can be selected for an extra charge detailed on the order form. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to make an alternative arrangement for delivery. If the address you supply has any mistake causing the delivery company to be unable to deliver the package, we will send your purchase again but a further shipping fee will then be chargeable. |

Returns Policy You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the Goods. The seven day period begins upon the date of delivery of the Goods to you.
In order to cancel your order, you must notify us by email or in writing to our contact address within this 7 day period. A refund of any monies paid by you to us for the Goods will be made within 30 days of your cancellation. If you have paid for the price of the Goods by credit or debit card, your credit or debit card account will be re-credited as soon as possible and in any event within the above 30 day period.
If you cancel your order you must take good care of the Goods and must return them to us at your own expense. Non-Faulty Goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition at customers expense. We will refund full cost less any carriage costs incurred by ourselves within 30 days of cancellation of your order. If the Goods have been damaged whilst in your possession then you will be liable for the cost of repairing that damage. The Goods must be returned unused with all fittings and guarantees enclosed. If, after cancelling an order, you fail to return the Goods to us, we are entitled to collect the Goods from you and deduct from the refund referred to above, the cost of collecting the Goods from you.
You should examine the Goods upon your receipt of them. If the Goods are faulty or damaged you must notify us at our contact address within seven working days of your receipt of the Goods. We will then, as appropriate, repair and return the Goods to you or deliver replacement Goods to you.
